Blackmar, a 10-year veteran of Haas-Jordan Umbrellas, is also an attorney in the Ohio State Bar Association and former Major in the United States Marine Corps. Preceding President Tom Waltz has assumed the role of Executive Chairman of F.J. Westcott’s Board of Directors.
